If you're looking for general info about External sources, please follow here

RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a type of web feed that organizes online content in a standardized, computer readable format. It's also one of the best ways how to get your blog articles to more readers - and to your emails.

  1. First, you need an URL of your RSS feed
If you don't have one, there are several free RSS builders that will enable you to create one.

  2. Now simply copy the URL to a designated field

  3. Click Save - and that's it! You should now see the latest published article

Please keep in mind that External sources work best when used with Subscription - a synchronization will be performed before every set-up that will fetch the most current content.
