Signature template from source

If you have an established signature in Gmail that you’re happy with, you don’t have to start from scratch.


Creating a new template

1) Open SignatureSatori and go to Signature templates settings.

2) Now click Add new at the bottom of the screen.

3) Name your new template according to your preferences and choose the Empty template option below.

4) Now click Add template.

After you have successfully started a new, empty template, it’s time to fill it in!

Copying the signature to SignatureSatori

1) Open your company Gmail account settings menu

2) Scroll down on the General tab to the Signature section and you will see your current signature

3) Now select it and copy it to the new empty template in SignatureSatori.
You should see something like this:

4) Now replace the user and company specific data with placeholder elements.

Since you want to keep the current formatting, simply click into the text that should be replaced, write { and pick from the available offer. You can learn more about Placeholder elements in a dedicated article.

You can update the links by double-clicking them.

Do not forget to replace images copied from your email with images uploaded to SignatureSatori or stored on a public link. Your signature should now look like this:
