SignatureSatori works seamlessly with the Gmail environment in G Suite. The app communicates directly with the signature manager, and all changes are processed almost instantly. (We also support signatures for e-mail aliases).
The app doesn’t have direct access to offline clients (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail). The users can still get the signature you have prepared on end user page and copy/paste it. Or it can be downloaded in HTML (by pressing a button on the site). Please, find more information here.
Mobile
Signatures managed by our app are directly supported only by Gmail for iPhone/iPad.
The signatures in Gmail for iPhone/iPad are not visible while writing an e-mail but are added while sending. If the signature doesn’t appear to the recipient, make sure you don’t have active a specific mobile signature that rewrites your default signature. To do that:
Open Gmail app on your iPad/iPhone
Go to Menu
Tap Settings
Switch Mobile Signature “OFF”
Save your changes
Or you can use the default iOS Mail app (instructions here).
The Android Gmail app currently doesn’t support any signatures in HTML. Support for signatures is currently in Google development.
As a workaround, open the Gmail in your mobile browser and send emails from there. The signature will be appended to your emails
