1. Activating Automatic Send As Reveal
To start automating your aliases, you first need to enable the feature:
Navigate to the Settings -> Send As addresses page.
If you have not done so yet, Enable Send as addresses. (more about that here)
Scroll down and check the box labeled Activate automatic Send As reveal.
Click the orange Save button on the right side of that section.
Once activated, SignatureSatori will begin scanning for new Send As addresses every time a Google Workspace Data Sync occurs. They will be added to your account if they fit the rules you set up.
2. Setting Up Routing Rules
How to add a new rule:
Go to the Saved rules section and click the Add new rule dropdown.
If user account domain is...: Select the primary domain of the parent user.
...and Send As domain matches...: Select the domain of the Send As address (alias) that you want to target.
...move to SignatureSatori Group: Choose the specific group where these aliases should be placed so they receive the correct signature template.
Click Save to apply the rule.
Default Behavior (Inheritance) You don't have to set up specific rules for every domain. If a Send As address is revealed but no specific rule applies to it (or no SignatureSatori group is selected), the created Send As address will automatically inherit the group of its parent user.
3. Managing the Ignore List
Sometimes, a user might have a Send As address in Google Workspace that you do not want to manage in SignatureSatori.
If you remove a Send As address from your Users & Set-up section, SignatureSatori will automatically place it on the Ignore list.
This prevents the system from re-syncing and re-revealing that same address during the next Google Workspace Data Sync.
To restore a synced address: If you ever change your mind and want to manage that alias again, simply navigate to the Ignore list at the bottom of the Send as addresses page, locate the row with the specific User account and Send As address, and remove it from the list. It will then be picked up during your next sync.
