Contact information
You can encourage your users to edit their contact information in SignatureSatori.
There's a special end-user page you can send them: https://www.signaturesatori.com/app/user#
The page can be configured in Settings π€ π (read more about the configuration in Help center).
For data modified by users to persist, make sure you don't overwrite it with information from the G Suite Directory:
G Suite Data Sync in Settings should be set to "Add/remove Users" (Help center article), the same goes for manually triggered synchronization.
You can also set Processing of user requests to "Automatically" which will automatically process the changes and set the updated signature to users after they change data in the form.
Template design
Lines or parts of the signature can be removed/skipped if users don't fill in certain information. This can be achieved with conditions (see Help center article for details).
We also have an option to let users choose from different signature designs using Collections (see Help center article for more information).
Sign Off
If you want to allow users to choose which sign off will be at the end of the message, you can achieve that with custom fields. Users will fill in in their User page what text will be at the beginning of their signature.

Be aware that signature has the same default text formatting as a Gmail default text. However, if a user changes default text formatting, the signature text will not be affected.

Similarly to sign offs, the solution is to use custom fields. This variable can be skipped if it's empty, please take a look at this help article how to set it correctly.
