You can map custom fields from Google Workspace to your user details if you follow this article.

If you're using Multi value fields, you can now choose which value will be synchronized to the user's detail (previously only the first value was picked up.)

This option can be found in the User page settings.

Once you map this, you will need to rewrite the user data in order to fetch the content.
