If you really want to uninstall SignatureSatori:
Make sure there are no active recurring payments in the Subscription menu
Go to your admin console in G Suite
Click on Apps
Click on Marketplace Apps
Click on SignatureSatori - Email signature management for Gmail
On the left side of the screen, click on DELETE APP and confirm your choice
