If you currently use a different app than SignatureSatori (e.g. Wisestamp) to manage your signatures but are thinking about the change, there's no reason to worry - we are dedicated to make the switch as seamless and pleasant as possible.

How can I transfer the data of my users?

There are basically two possible options for the data transfer. 

If you store your data in G Suite, you don't have to worry about anything - all the data will be synchronized upon installation. You can also always trigger the process later manually or automatize it.

If you have your data stored elsewhere, let us know - we will be happy to format it and upload to your account.

I want to use my current template!

This one might not seem that easy. Different platforms use different placeholders for the user data that might need replacing. However, you don't have to do that yourself! Contact our wonderful support and they will be happy to do the adjustments for you!

I don't want to bother my users with the switch...

You don't have to! SignatureSatori enables you to prepare and test the signatures without involving the users. And if you keep the same design, they will not even notice you made the switch. Installing and trying out SignatureSatori is also free - you don't pay until you decide to make the rollout to your users.
